Returns
- Returns are accepted only for broken or defective products received out of the box.
- To raise a return request, customers must record a proper video of the product while unboxing and share it with us on WhatsApp or email, along with a complaint.
- Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the return.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges
- Products cannot be returned for reasons such as slight fitting issues or minor color variations.
- However, in cases where products are completely different in color or size, customers can request an exchange.
- For exchange, customers are required to purchase products of the same value (wallet balance will be credited) from our website.
- Exchange requests must also be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds are provided only if the product is proven defective or damaged during delivery and a valid unboxing video is shared.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
